Penne alla vodka

  • 200 grams pasta, rigatone or something

  • half an onion, fine dice

  • clove or two of garlic, fine dice

  • 100 grams tomato paste (buy a 120 g can, eat the rest)

  • 200-250 ml oatly cooking cream

  • 60 ml vodka

  • some chili flakes

  • tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

Add oil and butter in a pan. Put the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water. Once melted, add chopped onion, fry for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, wait a minute, add the vodka, wait another minute approximately. Add the tomatopaste, fry off for a minute or two, until it becomes a nice paste. Add the cream, and cook it for a while. Test the sauce, add salt and black pepper. Pasta should be done around now. Toss it in the sauce, add a couple tablespoons of pastawater, toss the pasta. Now you have penne alla vodka. Serve with parmesan.

Hello.
As I'm somewhat fed up with the general state of the internet, and due to some nostalgia for how the old web used to be, I've decided to resurrect my essentially unknown website.
