Penne alla vodka
200 grams pasta, rigatone or something
half an onion, fine dice
clove or two of garlic, fine dice
100 grams tomato paste (buy a 120 g can, eat the rest)
200-250 ml oatly cooking cream
60 ml vodka
some chili flakes
tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
Add oil and butter in a pan. Put the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water. Once melted, add chopped onion, fry for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, wait a minute, add the vodka, wait another minute approximately. Add the tomatopaste, fry off for a minute or two, until it becomes a nice paste. Add the cream, and cook it for a while. Test the sauce, add salt and black pepper. Pasta should be done around now. Toss it in the sauce, add a couple tablespoons of pastawater, toss the pasta. Now you have penne alla vodka. Serve with parmesan.
